Over the years we have observed the change in the expectation of Security Officers. In addition to being able to provide security services, officers are now also expected to provide a high level of customer service. The term customer service is no longer a ‘buzz’ word but a true requirement for our officers and our clients.
All SCOPE Security officers undergo a rigorous induction going through Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) as well as the site specifics. They also receive extensive security and customer service training, transforming them into high level security officers with excellent communications skills, smartly uniformed, courteous, alert and impartial. They display empathy with all stakeholders, take ownership and attempt to resolve problems. All officers undergo a police check and hold current relevant licences and certificates.

BODY GUARDS
Scope can provide trained and experienced close protection officers and executive protection officers who take into account the style and specific needs of the person they are protecting. Our dedicated officers provide corporate, celebrities, VIP’s and private clients with a full range of discreet, professional executive protection services.

EVENT SECURITY
Scope has been and is currently providing to government, corporate and private clients uniformed and trained event security guards for all types of events. For all large or major events a Risk Management Coordinator or Supervisor is assigned to manage all onsite security. Our event security uniform provides events with a high visibility security presence.

CROWD CONTROL
Scope provides Licensed and highly trained Security Crowd Control officers to monitor crowd movement and behaviour and respond to incidents with appropriate action. Our officers can be dressed in a business suit, casual attire or the Scope Security uniform depending on client needs.

GATEHOUSE SECURITY
Scope can provide male or female experienced and capable gatehouse security personnel, with the knowledge, experience and ability to implement, enforce and recommend improvements to site security and procedures and practices. Our gatehouse security officers are carefully selected for their customer service skills, knowledge of security and their awareness of OH&S risks and their experience in gatehouse operations and site patrols

RETAIL SECURITY
Scope offers experienced retail security officers, highly trained in preventing any theft or damage from taking place from within the store and advanced customer service techniques to ensure that a retail outlet or shopping centre can run smoothly, safely and securely. All our male and female retail security officers wear black suits white shirt and tie.

CONCIERGE SERVICES
Scope has trained male and female officers who can deliver a high quality concierge and security service to our clients. The concierge is the first point of contact for residents,businesses and their guests and can set the tone for the facility . Scope’s Security’s concierge officers focus on the quality of customer service and presentation required in today’s world. with a friendly helpful attitude and are ready to assist at all times. All our male and female concierge security officers wear suits to meet client requirements.
